This is not a bug, it is because your track is 86 minutes long. The waveform will only show for tracks determined by this setting:
Config > Performances > Memory (change the load time)
However you need to have enough free RAM to load the track and show the waveform.

What do you need the waveform for, to an 86 min song???
The song still plays normally. You will need too much memory as Keith said to load the waveform of such a large file. My i3, 4GB Ram laptop cant load it too, but what's the point?

The point is that the song waveform is not visible and too much difficult for not expert users to use it, Also i said before that i change it but didn't work, so if it is not a bug is something else that make the waveform not being visible.

If you want the waveform to work as a progress bar you can change the skin a liitle bit..
Find the songpos line and change the waveform="yes" to "no"
This will probably make the songpos to be displayed fully, but not as a waveform.
