Just made the switch from the American Audio Versaport to the Native Instruments Audio 2Dj and although I haven't really taken out for a spin, I''m liking what I hear.
Have you guys used it, what are your opinions about it?

I have used it now for about 3 months and it sounds fantastic on my Bose L1 system-was using the Bose T1 as my sound card but the NI Audio 2DJ sounds superior.

I use one 3 or 4 nights a week every week and have been for months now. Works great sounds great and I have never had a problem with it.

Love mine! Get's used at minimum once a week! The sound quality is superior, the set-up is simple and it fits in your pocket!

Simple is the word, so easy to install, and yes it does fit in your pocket. My only concern, is that, even though it works, every time I load up VDj it tells me that there is an error in the ASIO card because there not enough channels.

Never had that problem dj ho. How do you have your audio configured?
Inviato Wed 23 Feb 11 @ 11:49 pm
this is how I have it set up.

I'm noticing a few more glitches, when I move the pitch on my radius 3000, I hear a crackling sound, channel A sounds lower than channel b.

I'll try mine in that config this weekend and see if that changes anything. I have mine set to headphones (instead of ext mixer) and run str8 midi. No problems as of yet.

I think I have solved my problem. As you can see by the picture, I had my set up to inputs - line-ins which was, to what I think, giving me the problems.
I just did a quick test run on inputs - none, and the crackling sound went away, sound was balanced, and the error went away.

Inputs: Line-INs might give you problems because the Audio 2 DJ does not actually have any inputs.
You need it set to Inputs: None
If you still get any crackling or stuttering in the sound output, then this may be due to performance issues with your computer - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4094/Common_performance_issues_and_solutions.html for a list of common causes and their solutions.

Thank you VDJ for your support. Yes, I switched it from line-ins to none, and all the problems are now gone. Thank you once more, and now I'm off to enjoy my new sound card.
