Taking on board comments regarding the initial iControl skin for the iPad, I sat down and created the MKII version.

It has the following features:
Strip Search - quickly skip to a certain part of the track (ok, it's just a fancy songpos :)).
Deck PFL select.
Beat keeper
Jog wheels - operate in vinyl and cd modes
Sync buttons
Load buttons
Push - pitch bend up
Pull - pitch bend down
Loop halve
Loop activate
Loop double
BPM
Pitch reset
Pitch slider
Cue
Stop
Play/Pause
Scratch on/off
Effects selection
Effects on/off
Effect sliders
Crossfading EQ (low, mid, high)
