I am considering buying an IScratch live. A poor man's version of Rane Serato.
Is this relatively easy to get working with Virtual DJ ? The nightclub I DJ at already have virtual DJ or which is the latest release, also I use it personally so I dont want to steer towards any other software for DJing from, as I have been using Virtual DJ for the past 3 years and have got comfortable with it.
I have had a look at the controller settings on VDJ but can only see a few controllers or a Midi controller.
As far as I am concerned the 2 feeds from the 2 CD players go into the time code box, then into your mixer, and then the USB cable into your laptop or PC. With the box being the soundcard.
Does it matter what timecode hardware you buy?
Any help will be most appreciated before the purchase.
