Hey Everybody,

I just got the Mixtrack and I am hearing humming sound when I am turning the jog wheel.
Also sometimes when I move a knob or a slider on my Mixtrack, Virtual DJ does not react
immediately, I have to keep moving the knob for like 10-15 seconds before it reacts.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Sounds like your pc is working to hard. What are it's specs and what programs are running?
 
My processor is a Intel Core 2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz
RAM: 1.97GB
OS: Windows XP Pro

I have an anti virus program and my M-audio control panel running. When I am
using Virtual DJ the CPU usage is +/- 8-13% and my RAM usage is +/- 350MB.

I am thinking that the Mixtrack got damaged during shipping, because this was
not the only problem I experienced, when I touch the outside of the jog wheel
when the track is paused, the track starts spinning forward and making a loud
screeching noise. Sometimes it does this without me touching the jog wheel at
all.
