Yes, look around the web there are MIDI drivers for the DM2

If you do try this, please post how well it worked

WirelessDJ

hmmmmmm i can't find any MIDI drivers for it, I dont think it supports MIDI its USB

there are drivers.. for midiman that makes it work as a midi unite and from all ive heard it works very well indeed.

i would have posted the homepage to the midi soft.. but it seems i deleted it...

Here is a program DM2-Midi, not sure of it'll tie up with VDJ but give it a go.....

Let us know how you get on.

That is what I was referring to. Remember this is a toy. Made very cheaply

However I wonder if the scratch wheels are any good ?

Can someone please answer the original question:

Can the Mixman DM2 work with Virtual DJ ?

We have not tested it.

This is all so vague......so

If I'm correct:
1) VDJ 1.05 supports midi controllers.
2) The DM2 can be used as a midi controller with the DM2-Midi software out there that translates the DM2 key commands to midi.
3) VDJ will pick up a midi controller straight away (plugin)

Soooooooo, is it as easy as buying a DM2, running the DM2-Midi software and plugging the thing into your PC, then simply using the shortcut keys to map the DM2 keys to VDJ commands???????

Could it be that simple?????
