Topic: Numark Mixdeck, Midi isnt working

I just purchased a Numark Mixdeck and everything is great, however I have issues with getting my Midi keys to be recognized and working with the program.

I have downloaded the latest software
The Mixedeck has run the gamut of USB cables and start/restarting along with the computer
The drivers I have are the most up to date (i would hope, downloaded them yesterday evening)

Im working on an Alienware with windows 7 and runing 7.0.3 for VDJ pro

Did you hit the "Source " button then turn the "Parameter " knob till it says USB on the display, then push the "Parameter " knob down . Next open VDJ.

Resolution:

Re install drivers and re-load system

I am having the same issue on my Mixdeck and Alienware. Was your resolution permanent or have you experienced any other problems?

You did a complete reinstall of Windows?
