Running Win7, 64 bit. When DMC2 connected VDJ7 does not see Gigaport HD. Is there a way to correct this? I am able to assign the HD channels accordingly.

Already did that. Card works fine without the controller connected. Interestingly, the AG works with the controller but the HD doesn't. And of course, the AG is no longer available.

Are you connecting all these devices directly to USB ports on your computer or going through a USB hub?
If you are using a hub, make sure that it is mains powered, otherwise there may not be enough power on the USB bus to power all these devices simultaneously.

try unstall the HD driver then reinstall the driver only may sure you use the same usb port each time and hook up the dmc2 or power hub after it working.http://download.esi-audio.com/download.asp?w=esi&ht=http://download.esi-audio.com/ESI/gigaporthd_v2_0.html&p=60&g=2&l=en&pr=GIGAPORT%20HD&te=driver%20and%20control%20panel&ve=2.0&si=2.396%20KB&da=2009-11-04&no=&li=http://www.esi-audiotechnik.com/download/ESI/GIGAPORT_HD/GIGAPORT_HD-v2_0.zip&os=Windows%20XP%3Cbr%3EWindows%20Vista%2032-bit%3Cbr%3EWindows%20Vista%2064-bit%3Cbr%3EWindows%207%2032-bit%3Cbr%3EWindows%207%2064-bit%3Cbr%3E&fi=GIGAPORT_HD-v2_0.zip

Well, I think I found a work around.
Originally, I had the Gigaport & external HD using the 2 USB ports on the left of the laptop and a wireless mouse & DMC2 on the right side. This was not working. After trying different combinations, the solution I came up with was to plug the Gigaport, HD & wireless mouse into a powered USB hub and connect to USB port 2 (closer to the rear) on the left side of the laptop and connect the DMC2 into the right sidUSB port 1 (closer to the front). This seems to work so that is what I will go with until a better solution is offered.
Thank you for your help.
