Hi all,

I've been asked to perform at a 60's event in a few weeks for the clients' mother's birthday. I've plenty of 60s tunes, but the mum has also requested some waltzes and for a song called "Ladies excuse me".

The trouble is that I can't find it anywhere online! A quote from the email is:

"She’s mentioned things like ‘Ladies Excuse Me’ where ladies can choose their partner and then they swap partners on the floor"

I've asked her to clarify the Ladies Excuse Me, but as yet nothing has come back to me. I'm thinking maybe a tea dance?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I'd greatly appreciate any info!

Cheers,
Olly

Only thing I've found is a group called "Ladies Excuse Me Dance Orchestra".

They play latin and swing music.

Cheers TDB - I've come across them too. I suspect its a type of music as opposed to a particular track etc. I get all my vintage music from a specialist online retailer so I think I'll phone them tomorrow to see if they can help
