Use Audiograbber to rip the cd, get it here http://www.audiograbber.org/download.html
Use Mp3+G Tools 4 to zip the files, get it here http://www.activeaspsoftware.net/default.aspx?p=home
Note: under options in Mp3+G set the compression to no more then 5..
Good Luck,

Sorry, VirtualDJ cannot play CD+G directly from the original CD's. Only audio CD's are supported (To allow you to play tracks at short notice from a CD that you have not yet ripped to MP3, or a customer's CD.)
To play karaoke in VirtualDJ, you will need to 'rip' these to standard MP3+G format (See above.)
NOTE: You will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to play karaoke and/or video full-screen: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - All other versions are limited to a small output window only.

The Mp3+G Toolz, all you have to do is right click on the karaoke file folder (where you saved the ripped karaoke tracks) and choose Mp3+G Toolz.net, at the main menu choose (Convert Audio+G To Zip), once done Open VDJ find the karaoke folder, right click and add to search, then drag a file to a deck and press play.....Don't forget to change the compression rate to 5 under options in Mp3+G.
Audiograbber, this is a fairly simple program to use and also has the added feature you are looking for to play CDG tracks from the CD. Below is a image of how to rip tracks into your HD, but I'm giving you the link again to read the tutorial so you can understand how to operate it's features..
