Topic: Having a weird issue with Cueing on my NS7

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hi everyone who bothers to read this thread.

I am having a heck of a time getting my headphone cue correct using my NS7 with VDJ.
Here is what is happening...

I start VDJ and everything is fine. I slide the cue fader to the left and I can hear deck one. I slide the cue fader to the right and I can hear deck two.

After a short while, I can only hear Master. no more headphone cueing.

I have tried every setting possible under the options in relation to cue and once i lose cueing, I can't get it back.

I "CAN" spin with no headphones. I don't want to "HAVE TO" spin with no headphones because I can't cue up a track.

Any help?

I had the same problem with my Fast Track Pro where I would lose the headphones. Turned out in my case it was a combination of heat damage and not enough power.

I have to toggle the switch back & forth a few times along with the fader to get mine right. Try moving the switch to one side, then the fader to the opposite and back a few times. It should only take a few tries to get it, once you do it will become a regular process.

What switch?

Hi fam...

I still could use a little help with this as my issue remains unresolved.

I had this issue everytime I started up vdj but since the 7.04 release I notice the headphone cueing is corrrect at startup. I used to have to toggle the headphone crossfader back and forth and also the switch directly below it (ch 1-2/ master). After it is set, it is good for the session.
