I must say ... I have heard a lot of negative things about numark and its customer service over the years. However I had a problem with my ns6...called CS...we followed setup protocol....shipped the unit out...on a tuesday got it back working fine the following tuesday...Kudos to the repair team and CS..~PS~ I'm near the repair center so this helped with the quick shipping...I'm a fan again! When I say near.. within 300 miles....worked running vdj and itch...The reason i'm praising them is because the ns 6 is my back up option and my cdj's are on the blink and i have a gig this weekend...I thought i was gonna have to go internal and mouse...thank you again...

I've been faithfully using Numark gear for a quarter century. Dating back to my PPD1750 mixer (which I still have, and still works flawlessly). Not once have I been disappointed in their gear, or service. Glad to hear they took care of you as well.
 

Numark does have great customer service. They have helped me many times. Was very close to picking up the NS6 but I decided on the MC6000. Denon is good as well with customer service.
 

I got the ns 6 because Im literally too big to use small controllers...my hands hit everything...its more spread out than my vci 100.....(usb port out) and closer to the cdjs and 4 chan mixer i'm used to... how is the denon unit? tear em up...i may be actually buying some numark tables soon...im still looking for a touch sensitive controller to replace the original vci-100 that i use for radio..maybe the 300 but im not crazy about the layout...
