As the title states ... my/GF / girl im dating /whatever we are is turning 21 in august ! She honestly is the best girl I have ever dated in my life Ive known her since i was like 19 and we started dating october 2009 she stood by my side thru having a crazy Ex-GF pregnant with my kid and then my daughter passing away when she was born (really ****ed me up mentally) which lead to my GF dealing with alot of my **** (depression, anxiety, ETC; ) ) she also gets me really awesome gifts for bdays xmas etc; She like music very much,i found her guitar is so old.I want to get a new one for her. Has anyone of u have experience with this acoustic guitar?

It's hard for me to suggest a guitar unless I have heard and played it myself. That being said, in your price range, I've always liked Dean guitars. If there is a guitar store near you, pop in and see what they recommend. here are some Dean guitars in your price range, with fairly good ratings.

you also got keep in mind on what type does she like ( steel strings or nylon)? how it fits her? does she wanna hook up to an amp later down the road? Does she like a wide neck or a thin neck? stratus makes good acoustic guitar but thats just personal preferences. What i think you should do is take her with you to a guitar store and say your getting something you need for your gear (even if you have to buy it and return it at a later time) and have her test some tell her you want to hear her play and keep an eye out on pointers that she gives you of what she likes about the guitar. Thats just my opinion.

just give it to her straight. Just say that you want to buy a Guitar and bring to the store. Tell her that you have $300.00 to spend.
Tell her she deservs it because of who she is and tell her you Love Her period.... (That's how I'd do it anyway).
This way, no surprises, She got what she really wanted, No Worry about returns.
But then again, maybe she gave up the guitar, who knows.
