And why??

For me its my 'Mixmeister' controller. This thing is simple, light weight, and with Simon 's mapping is a blast to use! There's plenty of knobs and buttons to push plus its 4 decks! . Next I'm going with my 'Mixdeck'. I love the versatility of this unit, its a 'True' all-in-one unit. Again its fun, light weight, easy to use and has plenty of buttons and knobs.
So there you have it, those are my top 2 (for now, lol), what's yours and why??

I'm sure that it's not what you expected to get as an answer, but MY favorite piece of equipment is my dbx DriveRack PA!!! :)
No reason to explain why... LOL! :)
 
pioneer efx1000... cause the feedback loop is awesome to play with
 
My Mixer, it brings together endless possibilities and the ability to control it all from one place...
 
My custom build speaker cables. Because of these I only have to run two cables to my subs and tops. The were made by me to make it easy to set up my speaker and amps. They are 4x12 guage.
 
Yet another totally different answer just because i am a VJ.... ;)

My wireless system from laptop to beamer, saves a big cable to carry around and no (drunk) guests who can destroy my equipment or the evening! ( by getting "stuck" in the cables).
Loving it because it works (in al line of sight) at 75-80 Meter ( approx 240 feet!)
 
My favorite piece of eq is the ATM machine. Care to make a donation?
 
I have a better answer... my next peice of gear is my favorite, this is an addiction that needs to be fed LOL

While i love all my gear and the awesomeness it provides to me and my clients, i would be a sweaty mess if it for my bad ass fan that keeps me cool at all my indoor and outdoor events! - (Outdoor in Orlando FL, --- Huuuumid!!!!)

VDJ ver 7.5 is my favourite equipment, did a football presentation on sat night and version 7.5 did not disappoint me, not even sound cracklings or any crashing. YOU GOT IT RIGHT VDJ CREW.

monthly subscription coming soon from me, after i get my new laptop. :D
