When I start the VDJ, The software recognizes both the Decks to one deck.
So when I play the right deck, the left deck play to, they working togeter.
What should I do to fix the problem?

Try putting them on different MIDI channels.

Click config/mappers and then the top center button, then select the deck assignment there.
If its backwards, just push eject on either deck to swap it out.
