Topic: AUTOMIX issue

Hi:

I'm using Virtual DJ Pro 7 on a windows XP machine. I've noticed something weird on the automix section on the right. When I place multiple tracks into automix and then hit the automix button they play and then clear off the screen. The last track stays for some reason, but I can get rid of that by right clicking and removing it (although it would be nice if it cleared out as well).

I noticed that the last track stays loaded on the turntable, however when you load the next files into automix on the right those tracks will play, which is what I want. Here is were the weirdness comes in. If you drag the same sound file to Automix that is already loaded into the turntable because it was the last song played in Automix before...Automix will start from that track 1st, even if it is farther down the list in Automix.

EXAMPLE:

AUTOMIX SECTION

A track
B track
C track

A will play then B will play then C will play. Automix is now done, so I right click on C and clear it.

Now I set it up like this to play another set of audio files...

D track
E track
C track

When I click on the Automix button, it starts from C instead of D which is at the top.

How do I get it to start at D?

you probably did not unload the deck which has the C track loaded already. Thats why it's starting at C track.

Unload the track the try again.

Click on the D track (so that it gets highlighted) and THEN click on the Automix button...
