I bought an M-Audio Xponent, and do not know the configuration of the LEDs it ...
How can I make it blink the LEDs according to the music?

I have the same issue here, my leds don't blink.
 
In the mappers section do you see the values LED_ in the xponent mapper?
 
In order to use the Xponent controller - you have to have VirtualDJ PRO Full.
