i've been running VDJ free for about 6 months.. decided to take a small step and get a Mk4.. well, i installed everything just fine. but i keep getting an error about my ASIO followed by My Controller has not been detected, when its clearly plugged into USB port 1.. this is mildly upsetting.. someone please help.

it's called a hardware tech support forum and they are called drivers, learn what they are... All of these technical questions in the general forum are making this one boring place to read. your post is not general, it has a specific topic... you will also find the hercules rep in that forum ready to answer your question in full and actually help you, not rant on like I am LOL
