As it reads my filters are not being saved.
What can I change so that they are saved?
It's kinda a pain to have to set this up every time I set up.

Check that your permissions are set correctly: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ%20Folder%20Permissions.html
If VirtualDJ cannot write to its database, then no changes will be saved when you close it.
