yup, as the title says lol...
Bought a new P.A. Sub today and I turn it up to about half and the vibrations make it move all over the place, not too professional. Is there some sort of clamp or base that I can put it in?

Have you tried placing it on some material designed to not make things move. Something like this...http://www.polymax.co.uk/acatalog/Fine_Ribbed_Rubber_Matting.html. This is expensive, but I know furniture stores sell non slip mats.

Its kind of weird to have a subwoofer with wheels on the bottom while the woofer is facing forward. The subwoofers i have seen, The wheels are placed in the back while the woofer is facing forward.

lol if it's on wheels what do you expect, better make sure people dont lean against it either.
Are the locking casters, at least 2 of them should be.

nope no wheels... It's a different kind of design, backward facing speaker which fires into a smaller cabinet creating larger pressure waves which means 'more bass' and better distribution. The pressure waves make it move. Not to sound patronising but no one in their right mind would put an LFE on wheels.
Will try the non-slip mat idea, sounds viable.
