Should my rider be downloadable from my website, or is it something exclusively sent by email to potential clients that have contacted me?

Inform with your local chamber of commerce if there are any obligations as a business.
But if you ask me, when it comes to avoiding misunderstandings or legal issues its never bad to be very open and clear. In case of conflict you can always tell the customer he could have been informed. And besides that, I don't see the big fuss why people think you shouldn't have it on your site. You do this for fun, nevertheless you do it on your own professional way.
Just keep finetuning. Get a good embedded mixcloud part to give your visitors an idea of the vibe that fits DJ corny

Put it on your site, thats where mine is.
Usually if someone has a problem with any of it then you don't want them as a customer anyway as their trouble.
