WTF???? Why all new effects ONLY Forf fking windows? I hate windows and no one normal dj using windows.

Quite simply the developer making these effects free of charge does not have a Mac. Let's not get in to this whole Win VS Mac thing again. It's your personal choice to hate Windows.

Many of the effects are contributed by community members and the greater majority of VDJ users are on Windows which performs perfectly well in a DJ environment.

Going into Best Buy in 2012 and seeing a comparable 17" MBP costing about the same as my 09 model which is as fast and tight as it always has been at least gratifying.
Aluminum just has a higher machined quality over plastic.
I've had this thing stripped to change a keyboard, and several PC's have pissed me off beyond repair or irreparable damage caused by me the last one being the simplest thing, a bios battery.

not to go into this PC vs Mac debate but I need to say this.
Every Manufactures controller demo or almost every there is a DJ with a Mac.
so yes I feel that the Mac version need some love

Anyway, I can't undertand this hate for Windows OS nor this debate...

I am against to this statement as i'm using mac for more than 15years with a minimum usage of 8-hours a day and i don't see any greatness in mac aside from its physical appearance, infact i love windows much more than mac because of its open environment. When you say reliability i've experience on mac often crashes than windows even you used those softwares being produced and made by apples.

In my thoughts there's no difference at today's PC's to today's MAC as there are a lots of high end PC's who performs better than MAC. I believe maybe 15-Years ago MAC is far more better in any aspects of it wether hardware of softwares but not anymore at this time. Today's MAC and PC are using almost exactly the same components, brands and even the same supplier of china's computer peripherals so what makes of the difference is the OS only but mac os also is full of bugs as you can see in apple sites every weeks/months there are lots of updates not like windows they rarely updates. Sign of an often updates only means that there are a lots of something that it is need to be fine tuned.

While 15years ago most of the MAC components are exclusively manufacture for apple and you can rarely find it in the market like the memory and CPU was exclusively made by motorola for apple and mostly apple components at that time can not be use in PC. The worst thing happen on MAC machine when they move to INTEL's components because motorola have move their business to the manufacturing of mobile phones CPU and Memory business they left apple behind as mobile phones business is as huge business contribution to the motorola company itself.

what the hell ? ive been a (WINDOWS DJ) for along tyme guy. do u see me crying about how come we dont have this and that for windows ? nope. its because you sorry ass mac fan boys always think ya **** dont stink. im so sick of the mac vs pc thing. to each his/her own. what ever works for you. but just because ya got some lame ass apple logo shinning on thge outside of your laptop make syou a better dj than us who Dj with a laptop ? jackass get a life

I'm now a MAC user now but still love my PC which now has a APPLE LOGO on it lol, now i want a WINDOWS logo so i can put it next to the APPLE logo.
i don't care what mac hasn't an pc have. I <3 BOTH
