Please help me with resizing fonts. I've followed the instructions many times but it's not working for me. I've done before this many times with PCDJ. I'm using the skin thats shown in the example (wiki - font size change) and even changed the name, but the new name I created doesn't appear when I open the program (vdj pro) under skins.
Thanks in advance.

1 : you must to unzip your skin to a folder .
2: you will se 2 files , open with notepad the xml .
3: you will see some code like this :
<textzone deck="2">
<pos x="1030" y="66+14"/>
<size width="65" height="11"/>
<text font="ARIAL GREEK" size="14" color="#908f8d" align="right" format="LOOP %loop"/>
</textzone>
you can change font size , type , colour , size , etc.
save changes and ZIP the 2 files + copy to Vdj folder .
If you need to change the Browser Font , just go to :
<browser>
<size width="1352" height="474"/>
<pos x="7" y="320"/>
<text font="verdana" size="17" color="white" selected="#235D73"stripes="#181818" unfocused="#ADADAD"/>

Thanks DjDaro for the quick response, but would you be able to be more specific on "save changes and ZIP the 2 files + copy to Vdj folder".
Everything else I understand, but I don't think I'm saving to the right place which I thought would be a default location. After I make a change, I close out by clicking the red box in the corner, and then it asks if I want to save the xml file but it doesn't tell me where.
Thanks again.

Go to my blog, there are some old tutorials there that you can use.

Thanks Tayla, I actually watched these videos before I posted, but they are a few years old and using winxp, and saving the edited file looks different on win7. After saving, it doesn't ask me if I want to update the archived folder...

You could try if wanting to save the original, make a copy of it and place it on your desktop or wherever, make adjustments to the xml and save that file and then place into your vdj documents folder, should work.
If you still need a visual tutorial let me know and I'll update it to win7 as quick as I can for you.

Thanks again Tayla. I have this figured out now and this is what I did.
After saving the changes...I went back to the skins folder and deleted the original zipped folder. While still in the Skins folder, I right clicked on my new File Folder (not a zip folder), then I clicked "send to" and then clicked "compressed (zipped) folder". It is now saved as a zipped folder (don't rename it) and it's all set.

I am a newbee to this forum. I have a problem I hope u can help me with.
I have low vision and need to change the font size in the window where
the computer drives, music folder shows up. I don't think it has anything to do with a skin?
If someone can help me, it would make it a lot easier for me to run the
program.
Thanks,
dj30mph
