I know for sure that 2 guys from the Team that worked on the live chat support are now in MusikMesse. So maybe from Monday everything will be back to normal...

Live chat is still available, but we have implemented a self help system as a primary means of getting your issues resolved for multiple reasons. Simply visit the support page and type your query in the help center, it will then search for topics in the wiki and FAQ related to your search. You can then choose to follow the links provided or choose one of our other support options (if they are available at the time of course.)
