How do I remove & add verses? Legal or Illegal? I am new to this.

If you want to edit songs, you'll need to use some audio editing software.

Another option to "remove" a verse is to add cue points and while playing jump from the beginning of a verse to the end (cue point)

Yes, you have to make your own music.
First, go and buy a keyboard. If you can't play, take some lessons.
Then buy a drum kit, a bass guitar, a trumpet and a saxophone. Learn those too if necessary.
Then give Bob Clearmountain a call and ask if you can use his studio.

I just bought the Numark DJ2GO and it came with a CD to dowload everything I need, but the "The User Guide" that comes with the product is a different User guide, I think it's for a "standard or a Pro version" . I want to know if I can get the DJ2GO User guide version somewhere ?
