Hey everyone i have a little problem and hope this is a setting problem that i just cant find. after i load a song on either play and lets just say i want to set a cue point, I find the spot i want to make a cue when i move the jog wheel back and fourth....but when i move the jog wheel backwards I don't here anything in my head phones, when i move the the jog wheel forward i here the songs, but if i move the wheel backwards again i get nothing....but you can see the song moving backwards in the player. please just tell me this is a setting or a sensitivities setting that got messed up., and does anyone know if there's a new firm update since last may that's been put out.

you have smart scratch enabled... find it and disable it, it's one of the locks on the skin.
