Ok I max out my Gain with some songs and max out my Ex-mixer also and the sound was just to LOW,so I right click on the Gain ( playing around )and it give me more DB sound.

The right click action of the skin that you are using may be mapped to power_gain, which allows a much greater + increase to be applied. However, this can easily allow too much gain to be applied resulting in distortion.
If you are finding that you need to increase the gain of songs excessively, try running them through an external normaliser program such as MP3Gain.

There is a program named ***** video to mp4gain,it can support mp3gain,******. it makes any videos or musics at the same sound level with high quality.

Some songs are intentionally meant to be louder in parts than others (E.g: Rock song vs soft pop.) VirtualDJ's built-in auto gain will in most cases set the gain to an appropriate level without affecting the original file. It can easily be adjusted via the gain knob if necessary.
