One probably for the mods - I am also a moderator on a well known EDM forum - it started out as a underground rave forum concentrating on unlicensed events in SE and Eastern England although its evolved and grown up as we have and is pretty international but with a "British" type of image.
I'm a "born again DJ", was a pirate radio and underground rave DJ "back in the day", got a day job in pro AV (broadcast electronics), this disappeared in the 2001 dotcom crash so I grew up and became a "good boy" working in business ICT but kept the interest in music and rediscovered it with digital stuff..
Digital DJ kit gets mentioned a fair bit these days, I am a great supported of VDJ as I tried the others but found VDJ to be easiest for me to use and it came with my controller.
I didn't want to directly spam this forum with links to the one I'm on - also our forum as a rave forum discusses contentious stuff such as drugs, politics etc in depth so not sure if its "good form" as we say in Blighty ;)
but is there any way I'm allowed to share links to it, especially as there are also resources for younger DJs and places to share (legal!) music and mixes, we've got a popular online radio station and we get a lot of young DJ's asking questions?
Cheers
Alex

I'm can't read anymore of this, I'm under strict orders from the docs not to excert myself... which is quite easy to do in this day and age.
....and in some places illegal.
