I'm running Win XP Pro with 3.3 GB Ram and 512 mb nVidia video card, in a Dell mixing video 150 nights per year without issues and added using the Denon MC-6000 about 5 months ago.
Aside from being unhappy with the Mic "in" section on the MC6000, it has worked well.
A couple nights ago, when VDJ 7.05B was loading, it crashed and the little "crashed" window popped up. I clicked on send a report. Rebooted and several additional crashes happened and I was running late for my first set. I redownloaded the software from your website and reinstalled VDJ 7.05B.
Now, my entire "Playcount" is gone as if it's been reset to zero. Also, I had an additional crash happen after I reinstalled the software.
My database seems to be intact, but I did have to rescan and reload tags for my entire library.
1) What happened?
2) did I lose my playcount data or can I find it somewhere? each of my external hdd's has a database for that drive, but my playcount is gone??
I don't always use autoplay, but now when I do, the "auto cross length" does not respond to my timing set in set up, regardless of what setting I make it to be. Strange. I can't figure that one out.
