Hi, i have vci 400 controller and when i mix in virtual, the crossfader in the options, is changing all the time from \"full\" to \"user\", from some reason virtual can\'t save me this option on \"full\", like i want him to do...
what can i do???

Apparently the software reads the CF_CURVE key of your unit.
Your VCI 400 has a crossfader curve slider to adjust the curve, and turns the crossfader curve to user mode, each time you start the software.
If you dont need to adjust the curve using your VCI, and need always to have that on Full, delete the action for the CF_CURVE key of the mapper (Config-->Mappers tab), set the Crossfader curve to Full from Options, restart the software, and see if the setting is there now for you.
