I'm working with a Mixtrack Pro with Virtual DJ LE. I'm not able hook up headphones and hear the cue'd song to pre-mix music. I read another user blog saying that you can't use this feature with VDJ LE but I have a buddy that currently uses it with success. Does it matter what sort of headphones I use? I'm trying to use mac earbuds with an adapter plugged into the mixtrack pro.. is that a problem?

You can use headphone pre-listening in VirtualDJ LE for MixTrack Pro, but only if you use the sound card built into the MixTrack Pro itself. Any headphones should work (Proper headphones designed for DJ use are strongly recommended.)

If you still have problems after doing the above, it could be the headphones themselves and/or the adaptor (Especially if they are non-standard connector, such as that used for iPhone.) Try using different headphones.
