I have the AmErican Encore 2000, when I connect to the laptop to use with the program Virtual DJ LE version updated to PRO shareware 20 days, only recognizes the CDJs buttons, does not recognize the "faders" levels, middle, treble and bass, crossfader ....

Can I solve this problem? How I can solve this problem?
