If I purchase another licence and premium membership in my name for a second rig in my company, can I transfer my current cache folder to the other laptop? I do not want any discrepancies to cause my current premium membership to be cancelled. Thank you in advance.

If you have two licenses and two memberships there won't be anything to cause your membership to get cancelled. You might be able to transfer the cache and reauthorise with the second account, that is not something I have tested personally.
 
I would imagine that the files from one premium account would not be playable on another premium account.

I mean, the idea is to prevent those files being played by anyone else - yes?

So the files downloaded by one member would (should) be locked to that member, and wouldn't (shouldn't) be playable under another premium membership - as that would allow file sharing.

Two accounts in the same name? Would Atomix allow it?

yeah, they do allow it... someone else has two vdj on the forum, i cant remember who but it was a female
 
I mean the premium accounts for downloading, not VDJ registrations.
