IF I PAID FOR THE VIDEO ONE FOR 50 BUCKS DO I HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA 10 FOR THE AUDIO ONE ?

All subscriptions are independent of each other. You don't need to subscribe to more than one, unless you want results from more than one provider.
