Topic: Really basic question about timecode vinyl

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

So I'm looking to buy serato timecode vinyl and I notice that sometimes it is advertised as being control vinyl and sometimes it is not. What's the difference? Is control just the name of the product line as opposed to scratch, or is it something else?

Thanks in advance.

Well I see that Serato themselves call it control vinyl, so if you buy from them, you'll have the right stuff.

There are other people selling it, who really shouldn't be. Buy from them to try and save money, and it's at your own risk.

sometimes it's called time code too. I think it's really just a matter of what one may call it to the next.
I've not found too many "generic" time code, control vinyl dealers
There is one though that will do custom pressings for you using the same frequencies as Serato but I can't remember who they are.
