Ich benutze nun schon seit langer Zeit den Rane MP25 Mixer als Soundkarte, absolut genialer Sound! Nun wollte ich auf vier Decks umsteigen, da der Rane Mixer genügend Audio Kanäle zur Verfügung hat. Leider kann ich diese acht Kanäle in VDJ unter advanced config nicht ansteuern, ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung, Fehler im Asio Treiber.
Im internationalen Forum habe ich folgendes gefunden:

The advance config option of Virtual Dj will crash it every time, not just with our soundcard but any soundcard that is 48k. The "3 line mixer" option works and has no issue but when choosing the Advance Config option it requires soundcards to be 44.1k not 48k. As I said, this is wider issue than just our gear. Industry standard is 48k. This was brought to the attention of Virtual DJ through out the process and from what I've been told they are looking into possible corrections.
So for now, it does not look like 4 decks is possible due to the limitations of Virtual DJ. "
Leider gibt es auf den Post keine brauchbare Antwort. Kann jemand vom VDJ Team bestätigen, dass keine 48k Soundkarten mit acht Kanälen verwendet werden können, sondern nur 44,1k?
Wird dies in der Version 8 unterstützt?

Das ist doch schon lage bekannt ? Betrifft meines Wissens auch die MAC Version mit der Denon MC-6000 oder so. Sollte mit V8 dann aber laufen weil die 44.1 Beschränkung dann weg ist.
