hi I just bought the denon mc 6000 yesterday. Im using the PC one so I set the switch on the controller installed the cd and the virtual dj
but I find the Cue buttons for the head phones under each controller doesn't work with the software, and periodically the crossfader stops responding
what is wrong? what I did was I installed windows on a new harddrive on my acer laptop so its clean with my music and no antivirus running etc to bog it down.
but what can I do

Hi
The first thing you need to do is read the instruction manual, which will tell you how to set everything up.
You don't need a mapper for use with the LE version, as it's designed to work with the MC-6000.

Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/DN-MC6000.html
In particular, make sure that you have the latest firmware installed on the MC6000 and also the most recent version of VirtualDJ Pro or VirtualDJ LE in the original poster's case. The most recent version can be downloaded from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
