Topic: Thank You - Outstanding Support

I wanted to email the company, but couldn't find an address.

I had a problem yesterday with my Hercules RMX / Virtual DJ version 5.2...yes an old bit of software I bought 5 years ago, and not nearly as up to date as most people on here, but it suits my needs just fine.

So having spent 6 hours trying to fathom out what was wrong, searching the forum, re installing several times and generally getting mightily fed up, I opened a service ticket at 11pm last night, completely expecting not to be answered any time soon and expecting to be told the software is no longer supported etc etc etc and I'd have to upgrade or pay a mostrous fee for service support.

What I got was anything but that. I had a reply within 10 minutes, and shortly after that Moramax was hooked in to my pc, and 15 minutes later had sorted it out for me. There was no fuss or hassle, and just the most professional help I think I've ever had. I can tell you that I've been a dubbing mixer / sound designer in the UK tv and radio industry for nearly 25 years, and never has anything been resolved as swiftly and hassle free as yesterday.

Atomix Productions - you are my new favourite company, and I will be telling everybody of my experience, Thank You.

God will bless you for your honesty, virtualdj needs people like you rather than those who only look for little things to criticise. Even though I am anxiously waiting for version 8, I am very very happy with the software. I recently bought ddj-sx with serato and will attest that virtualdj is the best.
 

I'd like to add to this and give VDJ Support props too.

I've been bugging them with a few random questions about VDJScript for an iRemote skin I've been creating and their support has been prompt, patient, and on the odd occasion when they could have quite reasonably told me to RTFM, they've patiently answered my questions and kept me skinning away. Good work guys & thanks!
 

If you have the time to say thank you, I have the time to say thank you. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I know a lot of these guys. You have put a smile on a lot of faces today. It will only last a second, as they run back into the fire. They will not forget. Now I have to go before I.........I..........start to cry.
 

Ditto...excellent customer service!!! They may have taken a day or two to respond to my tickets but they ALWAYS responded!
 

It's always great to read a story like this one...
 

I must say that we work with a lot of passion and we are also very lucky to have customers that offer such cooperation and patience in case we have to solve very complicated problems.
