I went from PC to Mac what should I know and do as far as the setup goes before I did a gig with new computer ass hardware will work I made sure just wondering if there's anything else

Setup should be no different, at least for me it wasn't.

Get familiar with the System Preference (on Dock) and the Utility Folder (within Applications).
This is where you will be dealing with your midi, display, sound, network and other important configurations.
