Topic: Customer Satisfaction Survey/Form

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hi folks,

I have recently started a mobile DJ service, and things are going pretty well.

I have a web site up, and I would like to post testimonials or survey results from customers. I assume there is a program out there that I can buy/get for free, but I'm having difficulty finding one. I also searched the forum here to no avail but I'm sure it's been asked before.

I would like it if somehow I could send the person to a web page where they fill it out and then once approved by me it gets posted to my web site.

Any solutions for this? I would prefer them to be in similar/clear format so I'm not just posting e-mails that I get from customers after I do their show.

Thanks!

you need a little HTML on the front end and PHP on the back end with an SQL database to store and distribute everything. There isn't really something I've seen that you can download and put on your website. But look through a few tutorials. This one may help "although I haven't watched past a minute" (the code for it is on the youtube page)

So, basically you want to show only the good testimonials on your site and not a true reflection of how your shows really are, I think your customers will see through that quite quickly especially the ones that have given a not so rosy picture of your services, I would imagine they will have their own places like Facebook etc to post their own comments on.

Now thats not to say you give a bad service at all, but if you do want to offer this testimonial page be honest and address any faults with disgruntled customers openly and learn by them.

Right to the task in hand, what you need is a form builder without you needing to understand coding and how and where to put it. Head over to Jotform I have found it to be one of the easiest form building sites I have ever come across... http://www.jotform.com/

The starter service is completely free and it is completely free of any unwanted adverts, plus you get upto 100 free submissions every month
ideal for your needs I would imagine. Unless your doing more than 100 gigs a month... lol.

Make your forms as simple or as complicated as you want and you can even add payment tools to your forms as well. I use it on one of my sites go to http://www.thekitchendoorwarehouse.co.uk/ click on the kitchen tab at the top and select base kitchens and it's at the bottom of the page.

If you need any help building a form give me a shout and i'll either make or talk you through how to do it.

I wanted to filter out spam or bogus submissions - constructive criticism is more than welcome. Thanks for the info guys, I will look into coding something up. I have experience in PHP but not SQL, however this is a great way to learn.

Check out djintelligence.com i found it really helpful overall. All kinds of features, and you could post the results from your surveys yourself.
