For some reason side A is playing on side B and vice versa, this happened in the middle of a show, only when I reboot does it go back to normal. It happen on both mac and pc.

This could be caused by the VDJ mapping assigning the Mixdeck eject control to a "swap decks" function.
For some reason Atomix do that on units that have eject buttons. I discovered the same thing with the mapping for my CDJ-400s, and ended up helping others that had similar mysteriously swapped decks.
(later) yes, I just checked the Mixdeck Express mapping, and the very first line is the guilty party. Either delete it or assign it to something else.
