The cable you need depends on the speakers you buy!
There are powered speakers and there are passive speakers. Different makes/models have different connectivity.
Decide on your speakers first, then buy the cables.
Cheap and good? In most cases, speakers will either be cheap or good - not both. You want quality? It costs money!

Tight budget, look on Craigslist for a pair of 15" powered speakers.
Otherwise shop online for a pair of 15" powered within your price range. I believe your output is RCA, so you will need a pair of RCA to XLR cables.
