How do others have VDJ set with gains etc.
I have moved from an analogue Denon mixer to the MC 6000 with VDJ but having it set as per picture and with my amp set as it always used to be, i find the volume no where near as loud as i could get it on an analogue mixer.
I have left amp gains where they were before so should i be playing with VDJ gains first then the controller or other way round (if that makes any sense

At the moment i set VDJ to avoid the limiter on light, and set gains to achieve 0Db on mixer (avoid the red on mixer) but i,m losing volume
The PFL indicators are reaching say 50% set as is
Can i preset the MED and LOW gains on VDJ so as to set them lower by default

Hi,
which Soundcard do you use ? It's all about it. If you use the internal of the Computer it will have less power than a professional external device.

The Denon MC 6000 has its own internal card so i,m not using the pc sound and that uses the DENON DJ ASIO Driver
