Topic: Good site for short edits?

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

I'm producing mini-mixes for a radio show and am looking for some dj friendly short versions of songs (intro, 1 verse, 1 chorus, outro). I currently have 8th wonder but their selection is few and far between.

Any suggestions?

Edit them yourself?

Not sure if VJ-Pro is licensed for radio, but they have their "Snipz" edits that are exactly what you are looking for.

Here's what I do, I only get the intro/outro clean/dirty edits then just set cue points and Scott's cue events plugin to jump automatically through a track if I want a short edit.
I'll also grab the original if it is for just dropping/slamming in. Or like like Groovin said do it myself but that's to much work, lmao!! So I mainly use cue points if I want a short edit.

Don't waste your credits on short edits........but that's just my opinion.

You aren't wasting credits on the snipz. Usually 1 credit will get you all the variations (xtendz, single, snipz AND both clean and dirty of those variations).

That's assuming everybody is using VJPRO......... There are other places to get videos and tracks.

Ooops you're right...you didn't specifically mention VJPro. Back when I made mixshows I just edited my own tracks that way they were exactly how I wanted to them be.

Set up some 'goto +X' keyboard shortcuts, how many and what 'X' equals is upto the track style but +32 & +64 are the most likely maybe +96 +128.

No need for all that with Scott's plugin. Name your cue points and turn on the plugin then BOOM instant edit.......

If you mean Cues Event by djcel? SBDJ is cueMacro.

Yes cue macro, sorry.....

BPM Supreme has tons of short edits. www.bpmsupreme.com
