bought a vestax typhoon but there's no VDJ LE CD driver. can i download a VDJ driver and what version that can connect to the typhoon.

I just looked it up, and the Typhoon comes with Serato Intro, not Virtual DJ. Look here for your options.
 
According to this page the Typhoon Black comes with both VDJ LE and DJ Intro.

There are also forum posts from people who've bought the Typhoon with VDJ LE bundled.

I think if this particular Typhoon was supposed to include VDJ (if it's mentioned on the box/in the manual) then you need to contact your supplier or Vestax.

If you bought it used then the software has probably already been registered, in which case - see the link AMAHM posted.
 
yes, bought a used one and in the set up it says to install this disc VDJ_le_typhoon_v7.0
 
Unfortunately, you will have to get the disc from the place you got the unit from. That serial number may have already been registered. If that is the case, please follow the link I provided above.
 
You could also try asking Vestax.

I bought the Typhoon DJ Controller bundled with Virtual DJ LE. I have installed the ASIO audio driver and the Virtual DJ LE. The controller is not connecting with VDJ LE and no sound is playing at all. You can see it spinning on the interface and you see the volume levels so you know it's playing but nothing's playing out and the controller is powered on but it is not reading the Virtual DJ mixer. Can somebody please help me? Thanks
 
You have read all instructions? Make sure you have the latest firmware, from Vestax. Have you looked here? Let us know how it turns out.
