Has the issues with Audio Content unlimited been sorted yet as I cancelled my subscription and was not prepared to pay for a non service. Also VDJ were looking into refunds. Any news as I did a search and that wasn't helpful.

My Content unlimited Audio has also stopped working since Thursday 19th June... When i try to search it just stays blank... I am able to refresh cache on current downloads but can not find or download anything new... When i search it just says " Netsearch Looking For Songs" but neither grooveshark or Netsearch results appear... What i have found is VDJ 7.4 is not working with content unlimited but VDJ 8 is working fine with content unlimited....

Netsearch indeed does not work in 7.4.1 - but this is a bonus of being a subscriber.
I checked yesterday and Content Unlimited was working in 7.4.1 and both were working in V8.
The fact that you can refresh cache authorisations says there is no issue with CU. The lack of search results suggests that there is something wrong in the search criteria.

Thank you for the reply.... Can you explain what you mean by something wrong with search criteria.....I typed the exact same search word in both VDJ7.4.1 and VDJ 8..... are there some settings i need to check in VDJ 7.4.1 ?

Thanks ...have tried that but still the same......so weird that it was working fine until Thursday..... I have not changed any settings so its very frustrating that it has just stopped.. Last night at a gig really needed it......do you think i should try to uninstall VDJ 7.41 and reinstall again ?

I don't think a re-install will change anything. You could try it.

Make sure you have a good, connected internet signal first before you start VDJ or you will get nothing on your search.

Well i still cant get it to work in 7.4.1 .... Just really odd it worked fine one day and not the next... Why is it saying Netsearch looking yet nothing appears in the list... My internet connection is fine as i can surf and download etc normally...beside ive tried it in 3 different places...same result....Its as if something in the software has become corrupt but how to test and fix i have no idea...is there some kind of internal debug report i can run and send you guys to shed some light as to whats happening ?Cause as of now my paid subscription is not working....

Hmm... unable to reproduce it here.
CU Audio and Netsearch are working here without issues. Maybe a provider issue ?

I think that's poor customer care when Atomics knew of a problem and now we have to chase a refund. They should had Automatically refunded.

Can i ask something? if i subscribed at content unlimited, is all the songs i can find
are free to download? i might be playing offline and no connections at all, so is it good to download and no extra charges?

You can cache the music (basically the same as downloading). This means you can play the music off-line.
The downloads will only be playable in Virtual DJ. They are DRM protected.
They will also only work for the length of your subscription.
