Hi everybody, my problem is that my crossfader works for both deck and so does the left volume slider and the equalizers, everything else works fine, what could it be? some help would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to connect speakers to the Master Output of the unit. the VMS2 has a hardware mixer (which also sends Midi to see the faders moving on screen), but the audio mixing is done internally, so if you are trying to get the sound of your computers speakers, you will probably get only one deck.
Alternatively, you could connect the Master Output of the VMS2 with the Line Input of your computer if you dont have any speakers to connect to the VMS2.
