Topic: RMX not totally recognized

When I first started using VDJ 8 it worked with my Hercules RMX just fine. Now it's doing this where it has the red x's on the right hand side along with the arrows in a circle.

Any ideas?

I just uninstalled the Hercules drivers and reinstalled them and this screen looks the same.

The red X is just a button to delete this chanel and the arrows is a button to interchange the two channels.
