Hello, this post if for all VDJ devs, admins and users, Atomix Production created an official facebook page where they can post some news or articles from the website or other website on the net. But some people posts questions or creations and nobody from Atomix or VDJ users are helping them. It's not really serious from a big enterprise of your name and of your big musical and development skills.
Best regards

it's not like they don't try to keep track of what's going in there but they do try to keep ahead of the spammers and trolls. there are only so many admins and they take enough grief as it is.
if you've ever read the entirety of the group rules (and to be fair they aren't always pinned to the top of the page but usually have to be on the side and compressed) then you can see where they point out specifically what the purpose of the group is. this is a worldwide group and there have been many instances of language and cultural barriers that have hindered giving some the help they need. and to be honest I don't think there are many who actually DO read the posting rules/guidelines in ANY language. I have taken to the habit of having google translate open in a tab so that I can copy and paste the posting rules in the various languages that I've seen in there, and even then the translations have proven less than accurate in many cases.
the group rules I pasted below for reference:
Welcome to the VirtualDJ | Official Group. This group is for discussions about VirtualDJ and things related to VirtualDJ as well as making new friends and networking with other users. For in-depth discussions or technical assistance, please use the forums: http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/ This page's main purpose is to promote the software, not provide technical support.
Please keep all posts friendly and respectful.
Please keep in mind when posting that this a group dedicated to the VirtualDJ software. Questions, concerns and discussion are encouraged.
If you are having issues with software or services and require support from our staff, please submit an e-service ticket: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
Posts about mixes, podcasts, fan pages, blatant self promotion including but not limited to mixes, setup pictures, event videos or any other posts not directly related to the operation, maintenance and/or troubleshooting and repair of Virtual DJ will be considered spam and will be removed.
Please use this group for mix sharing, promos, etc :

hey i'm not saying I've been a complete saint in there but I do help where I can, correct where I can, and occasionally inject a little lunacy where I feel its needed to relieve the stress or lighten tension.
