WARNING: This effects primary function requires it to be activated on a deck. If you activate it on the master, then the EQs for the active deck will control the master video output.

the SOUND INSURGENT
When I have this effect turned on the Video Filter plugin has no effect on the video no matter the order of I turn the effects on. Is this a bug or by design??
